I realize it’s been awhile since I’ve posted what I’ve been working on the last few weeks. I usually round up latest publications, editorial contributions, and such. I’ve been doing a bit more commercial work for clients like Electrolux, Absolut Vodka, and MOVE Guides plus I cut down a lot in preparation for the baby. Now I’m slowly ramping back up on work — within reason.
Publications
Here are my latest articles and publications. I’ve been doing a lot of work for Four Seasons as well. You can check out the latest list under my portfolio.

Photography
One of my latest photo shoots was for Electrolux which is a large multinational company based in Sweden. You’ve probably heard of them before and most likely have a couple of their appliances at home too. I went in to take some corporate portraits and we got some fun shots too.
I’ve also started sharing more Photo Tips as well as a series of mini interviews with fellow travel photographers of color. The “Snapshot” series are mini interviews with fellow black travel photographers to inspire others and myself. As I’ve navigated the world of travel photography over the last few years, I’ve found very few fellow photographers of color who are also doing this professionally with a heavy focus on travel documentary. So this inspirational resource of professional travel photographers of color is a way for people to always find us. Please get in touch if you’d like to be featured or know of others to feature.
I’ve got a couple snapshots that I can’t wait to publish over the next few weeks.

Slow Travel Stockholm
Slow Travel Stockholm is going well. Publication slowed down a bit during my last two months of pregnancy and once the baby arrived but we’re now back to regularly scheduled programming. More importantly, we’re always looking for guest contributors. We’re currently looking for talented contributors who are passionate about Stockholm, travel, food, culture, and lifestyle. Please contact us if you’re interested in possibly contributing to Slow Travel Stockholm.

Congratulations Lola! It is wonderful to see your pictures in multiple publications. :O)
Thanks Monica!
