As part of National Photo Posting Month (#NaPhoPoMo), I’ll try to share a daily photo (postcard) for the month of November alongside my regular blog musings. This month, I’ll be focusing and sharing photos from my own backyard – Sweden.
While on a food tour in Gothenburg with Matvandring, we stopped for lunch at Strömmingsluckan‘s food truck to try this popular dish. Stekt strömming (pan-fried herring) is a traditional Swedish dish (husmanskost) served with mustard and/or horseradish, mashed potatoes, lingonberries, pickled cucumbers or red onions, and dill.
You can view more photos from Sweden and especially Gothenburg in my image bank.
