Locally called “Jakande” market after slum buildings in the area, here in this small tucked-away market are stalls upon stalls of artisans selling beads, textiles, handmade crafts, paintings, masks, woodcarvings, and other cultural artifacts.
In short, this is where you go to buy cheap but nice looking cultural souvenirs. Haggling to get lower prices here is highly recommended.
It is located along the Lekki Peninsular, and is an extremely difficult market to get to with no real physical address, website, or contact information so you’ll have to rely on the local knowledge.
