Like every relationship, that element of absolute comfort starts to set in after awhile. To the point of taking each other for granted sometimes. It’s so easy to fall into that mental space of complacency during dark winter days.
But this week, the sun was out. And it shone with a fire we’ve been missing for so long. The rushing wind didn’t matter. Like the way the sunlight catches the eyes of your lover the moment you glance their way as they push strands of wind-blown hair off their face. That was Stockholm for me this week.
And I remembered why I fell so hard for this city.
Notes – For a creative slant, I went out in the harshest daylight with only a fixed 50mm lens. This is my city. My Stockholm.
