As part of National Photo Posting Month (#NaPhoPoMo), I’ll try to share a daily photo (postcard) for the month of November alongside my regular blog musings. This month, I’ll be focusing and sharing photos from my own backyard – Sweden.
I absolutely love going behind the scenes of professional kitchens, watching chefs create art in various forms with food as their palette. In this case, observing Chef Johan Ackebo and various sous chefs at work in fine dining restaurant Restaurang Atelier located inside the posh boutique Hotel Pigalle in Gothenburg, Sweden.
