I recently worked on a photo essay for Four Seasons’ Taste blog where I got to go behind the scenes of their award-winning Bourbon Steak restaurant at Four Seasons Washington, meet the team and get a snapshot into their everyday lives in the kitchen.
As I’ve previously written before, I love professional kitchens and will be uploading specific sets to the imagebank soon. From Four Seasons Baltimore and Lisbon to Swedish kitchens like Thörnströms kök, Norda Bar and Grill, and many more.
Plus I just got back from some amazing cooking experiences at Four Seasons Mauritius where we cooked one ingredient using techniques inspired by four different world cuisines, and from Four Seasons Seychelles where I shot and sampled an authentic Creole cooking class so I can’t wait to edit those photos and share them with you all.
