  • To actively and intentionally choose rest is to respect yourself. To respect your body and your mind. To fully live in the gift of the present. A scenic road-trip from Helsinki took @shekasgram and I deep into the lush countryside to witness the amazing estate that is our dear friend @katjapresnal’s beautiful canvas @presnaldairy - a former 125+ year old dairy farm 🤍🩵💙 Beyond relaxation that comes with proximity to nature, staying at the property overwhelmed me with joy. Over salmon smoked on a grill for dinner and piping hot homemade buttermilk biscuits for breakfast made by @mattpresnal, staying at @presnaldairy was the mental and emotional reset I needed. To rest is to love yourself. To rest is to reconnect and deepen friendships. To rest is sacred.
