As a travel photographer who tries to capture true-to-life portraits of people exhibiting various forms of elation, I infused that vivid style of photography into this fashion shoot that shows off various ways of wearing African fabric.

During an outreach program in Nicaragua, our Spanish translator Freddy takes a quick nap while leaning on a tree – his strong facial profile against the backdrop of volcanoes in the distance instantly transports you to Latin America, giving you a sense of place.

Observing animals can be quite as interesting as humans – from smiling alpacas and synchronized guinea fowls to monkeys guzzling down soda.
