Just back from a food tour around the edgy neighborhood of St. Pauli in Hamburg where I got to sample locally-produced mustard and other condiments, vegan fast food, chocolate, currywurst, and herring sandwiches called Fischbrötchen. While I gather and sort through photos and notes to bring you more, I’ll be sharing some quick postcards from my time exploring the city as part of the #JoinGermanTradition campaign.
