I just got back from TBEX Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, where I was presenting on improving your travel portraits. I’m currently editing the few photos I was able to take in just five days while in Bangkok. So I wanted to share a close up portrait of a stunning Khon dancer waiting to head up on stage to perform at the TBEX speaker reception held at the historic Suan Pakkad Palace.

Thanks Susan! No flash. I actually don’t use flash at all. Almost always natural or ambient light. I used vignetting to make him more prominent in the photo.
