I recently had to check someone who couldn’t present what they were presenting without comparing and contrasting someone else’s work negatively. We should be able to confidently stand on business without feeling the need to tear down or recruit an army. Let’s normalize leaving our own marks without trying to erase or doodle over someone else’s mark first. There is enough blank space on that page to also leave your mark. If you’re worried about a side-by-side comparison of handwritings, maybe spend more time practicing yours first. Confidence doesn’t recruit through insecurity. #lifelessons
